I'm also still learning how to design on this page. I learning from this page, http://forum.minitokyo.net/showthread/8019/ , and downloaded the skin package to help me slice the image into the seven pictures when upload the images in the Background Images section of the Layout. For the Font/BG/Border colors, it uses hexadecimal for ex: #003366 , color of my BG.
